How It Works
AlphaYields operates through a single, repeatable cycle: Discover → Verify → Allocate → Report. Every ayTOKEN runs the same cycle continuously. Depositors hold a yield-bearing token; the engine handles everything else.
The ayTOKEN model
An ayTOKEN is a yield-bearing liquid asset — an ERC-20 that represents a depositor's share of an actively managed yield strategy. When you deposit into ayUSD or ayFLOW, you receive the corresponding ayTOKEN at the current share price. As yield accrues, the share price rises. There is no rebasing, no emissions, and no token inflation — yield is expressed entirely through share price appreciation.
Each ayTOKEN is backed by a specific strategy mandate. ayUSD allocates exclusively to stablecoin yield sources; ayFLOW runs a leveraged FLOW looping strategy. Future ayTOKENs — including ayETH and ayBTC — will carry their own mandates built around the same verified methodology.
A continuous feed of yield opportunities across supported protocols and chains — direct onchain data feeds, protocol-level share price history across rolling windows (7d, 30d, 90d), and position-level monitoring. APY is computed from onchain share price, never from protocol-published or aggregator figures.
Every candidate must clear audit status, yield verifiability, incentive independence, platform trust review, and drawdown history before allocation is considered. Yield that disappears when incentives end is not yield — it is a temporary subsidy.
Verified opportunities are scored and ranked. Concentration limits cap exposure to any single vault. Each position carries a maximum drawdown threshold; the engine rebalances when a better-verified opportunity emerges. Operations are automated — but every material allocation decision is reviewed and approved by the strategy team before execution.

The execution layer
AlphaYields deploys capital through MORE Vaults — an open-source, audited, cross-chain vault standard built on the ERC-2535 Diamond Standard. It provides the onchain execution layer: asset custody, NAV accounting, cross-chain messaging via LayerZero, and modular strategy facets.
The separation is deliberate. AlphaYields owns the discovery, verification, and allocation methodology. MORE Vaults provides the trust-minimised execution infrastructure those decisions run through. See Infrastructure for the full technical architecture.
