1. Who we are and the scope of this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how alphayields.ai, with registered office in Portugal (“AlphaYields”), uses cookies and similar technologies when the user accesses the alphayields.ai website (the “Website”).

2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files/identifiers that may be stored on the user’s device and that allow, for example, the proper functioning of the Website, the retention of preferences, or the collection of usage statistics. Technologies such as pixels, tags or SDKs may produce equivalent effects.

3. What types of cookies we use and for what purpose
AlphaYields may use the categories below, depending on the functionalities active on the Website.
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential to make the Website available, ensure security, prevent abuse and guarantee basic functionalities. These cookies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary.

3.2 Preference, analytics and marketing cookies
When enabled, these allow (i) preferences to be remembered, (ii) traffic and performance to be measured, and (iii) marketing/advertising functionalities, including by third parties, to be supported. They will only be installed with the user’s consent, where required.

4. How we collect your consent and how you can manage it
The Website provides a Cookie Preferences Panel through which the user may accept, reject or configure non-essential cookies. The user may, at any time, change their choices and withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that date.

5. Cookie list and updates
The updated list of cookies (name, provider, duration and purpose) is available in the Cookie Preferences Panel and may be updated in light of technical changes and changes of providers.

6. Third-party cookies and international transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. In such cases, AlphaYields will only carry out international transfers where appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. standard contractual clauses) and supplementary measures, where applicable.
